Wedge wire filter element

Wedge wire screen filter elements are made of stainless steel wedge wire screen with a filter rating ranging from 30 to 80 microns. The wedge wire screen is welded onto rods using stainless steel at every contact point. These filter elements are classified into filter sheets, filter baskets, and filter elements, offering characteristics such as good strength, high rigidity, resistance to abrasion and corrosion, even gap for filtration and fluidity, and ease of cleaning and backwashing.
