Disc Filter
The filter material used in disc filters is a specialized multi-layer sintered wire cloth, capable of filtering particles ranging from 0.5 to 200 microns in diameter. These filters come in sizes ranging from 200mm to 3000mm. Disc filters equipped with this wire cloth are known for their durability, precise filtration capability, long lifespan, and ease of cleaning.
The standard material for disc filters is SUS316L stainless steel, with options for other metals like Nickel alloy or Titanium alloy upon request.
Disc filters are available in different models including DF-D-R (where D stands for Diameter and R for Filter Rating), suitable for various applications.
Filter Cloth Pack
Filter cloth packs are mainly used for filtering polyester film and spinning in the chemical fiber industry. They utilize media such as stainless steel sintered fiber web, stainless steel weaving wire mesh, phosphate copper wire mesh, or copper wire mesh. The frame materials can be aluminum, stainless steel, or nickel-coated copper. These packs can be single or multi-layered and come in round, oval, or kidney shapes.
Leaf Filter Pack
Leaf filter packs are used in filter devices to remove hard impurities from high viscosity melts. They are made from materials like stainless steel sintered fiber web and stainless steel sintered wire mesh. Leaf filters are reusable and can be cleaned multiple times.
