DP-02 High-Precision Polypropylene (PP) Filter Cartridge

The DP-02 high-precision polypropylene (PP) filter cartridge is constructed using a multi-layer gradient rating PP membrane, representing an advanced iteration of the DP-01 model.

Thanks to its intricate 3D nanofiber structure, this model achieves nearly absolute filtration ratings and boasts a high dirty holding capacity.

This absolute rating PP filter cartridge achieves retention rates above 99.7% at specific filter ratings.

The DP-03 undergoes a thorough cleaning process with 18 megohm ultra-pure water and vacuum drying before delivery. This ensures enhanced cleanliness and reduces the risk of fiber shedding. It arrives ready-to-use at the customer’s site and finds extensive application in precision filtration in ultra-clean environments.
